• To perform assessment of credit risks associated with respective clients, coordinate preparation and submission of comprehensive credit proposals/regular credit reviews; to continually and address any areas of concern by means of credit updates;
• Be responsible for origination of all type of transactions (inclusive but not limited to advisory, structured finance, capital markets and flow business);
• To be responsible for deal execution inclusive structuring, credit, documentation negotiation;
• To implement the Group Compliance Policy by containing compliance risk relating to respective clients in conjunction with the relevant compliance department;
• To be responsible for client on-boarding issues (KYC).
• Minimum 9 years experience in banking inclusive minimum 4/5 years of senior relationship/credit responsibilities within international institution;
• Strong understanding of credit risks associated with lending to large corporate customers;
• Good understanding of products and services relevant to large corporate customers;
• Economic or legal education;
• Complex analytical reasoning;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Fluent spoken English and Russian. Good writing skills in English and Russian.
