• Payroll Sales Relationship Managers responsible for daily sales and service functions for the Payroll products in accordance with the Bank’s procedures and Bank of Russia’s requirements.
• To lead the process of new to Bank customer acquisition through sales of complex proposition to corporate and open market customers;
• To achieve sales targets on monthly basis ensure effective execution methods;
• Ensure post-sales support for payroll companies;
• To supervise all processes associated with application collection, necessary documents submission from company to bank;
• To make presentations on banking products in current payroll companies on regular basis;
• To solve service problems of payroll companies.
