Обязанности

Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
Designs and documents system test plans; creates test data; QA’s and tests new programs and program modifications.
Conducts overall system tests.
Designs procedures to solve complex problems based on User defined needs.
Formulates and defines system scope and requirements; acts as business expert and meets with users to determine their data processing needs.
Responds to, identifies, researches, resolves, and documents applications system performance problems.
Instructs, directs, and assists other systems analysts and directs and monitors the work of programmers.
Assists in the interpretation of program specifications, program design, and problem solving.
Working out of Data Marts.

Требования

Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field from an accredited college or university.
Excellent organization and communication (verbal and written) skills.
Knowledge of MS SQL, Oracle.
Knowledge of processing systems.
Ability to write technical instructions in the use of programs and/or program
modifications.
Records maintenance skills.
Knowledge of computer security procedures and protocol.
Knowledge of federal copyright laws as they pertain to the use of computer software.
Ability to determine the nature of computer hardware and systems software problems, and to communicate technical guidance and information to users.
Ability to learn and support new hardware, software and operating systems.
Two years of experience as a systems analyst.

Условия

Base monthly salary 75000- 110000 Rub gross + bonus.

Office is located near station “Kitay Gorod” , Moscow
